Pancake Day!
Who else is going to have pancakes tonight? Although I'm not religious or anything and I will definitely not be fasting I will be having some lovely pancakes tonight.
I'm thinking of doing some plain | banana | pineapple pancakes. Anyone else got any ideas for a nice pancake?

Dammit, I missed Mum making pancakes this year - bloody evening shifts! I so need to learn to actually cook so I can make sure this horrific turn of events doesn't happen again!

We had pancakes with butter, sugar and lemon mostly, but we also had some with maple syrup. We had them again today. Tasty
